We are an urban Anglo-Catholic Episcopal Church,
offering rich traditional worship with an open, progressive theological
outlook. We have a Celtic Christian flavor visible especially in The
Columba Center, which offers a Rule of Life for spiritual deepening
while ministering to the homeless and to women in prostitution. We offer
programs for children and youth and have a young face!
We are located in the Montavilla neighborhood of
Portland, close to Gateway transit center, Mall 205, and only ten
minutes away from Portland International Airport on 82nd Avenue. Come
check us out!

This thought from your parish Stewardship Committee:
Stewards of Peace
People today experience anxiety over a lot of things, but finances are often near the top of the list. There is no need to worry, Jesus says, about “your life” or about “what you will eat” or “what you will drink” or “what you will wear” (Matthew 6:25). There is more to life than such material concerns.
Jesus does not mean that we should be naive about life. Simply “trusting God to provide” is not presented as a substitute for careful planning, reasonable preparation or dedicated labor. But there is a basic sense in which recognizing we have a God who loves and provides for us can set us free from the anxieties that would make us “slaves of mammon,” to use Jesus’ colorful expression (Matthew 6:24).
The gift of being a good steward is Peace. The Peace of the Lord be with you.
