Worship

Picture

Worship is core to being Christian and being Episcopalian.

We gather each Sunday for Mass  (8:00 am, 10:00 am, and 12:00 Noon in Espanol) to give praise and thanksgiving to God.

As individuals and as a community we engage a path of prayer, study and spiritual formation based on the Baptismal Covenant.

Saints Peter and Paul is a parish in the progressive Anglican Catholic and Celtic traditions:We pray with our bodies and use all five senses in worship. We value the witness and wisdom of the saints. We honor the Virgin Mary as the 'Theotokos' (God-Bearer) and model for Christian discipleship. We embrace and celebrate life as a holy and precious gift. We see God in the beauty of creation. We uphold the sacramentality of all of life. We engage the mystery of faith and bow before the holiness of God. We strive for justice and peace among all people. We respect the dignity of every human being.
